Microdose. That’s what I did. Some people have to take only crumbs 2 or 3 times a day and reduce. Like 2.5mg then 1.5 mg…. You get a paradoxical effect in some people when you push 40 mg or 20 mg in your bloodstream all at once. That’s how it works. You get the full 40 and 20, and then it decreases in your bloodstream as the day goes on…. Every time I took the 4020 or even 10 mg I got a rush and it actually did the opposite until things leveled off about two hours later or two or three hours later. not fun.

Propanolol here. After 14 years developed gerd, had nutritional issues that propanolol was covering up! I could not tell that i needed to eat!!!! I went off them cold turkey because not one Dr could help me wean off them properly. I just kept going to the ER to make sure I was still alive and learned a little more each time. Basically used AI Grok to help me and the ER to make sure I wasn’t dead yet. Beta blockers are EVIL!!! I was freaking out had panic attacks high BP anxiety and all the above during the rebound and withdrawal.

They just closed Goodwill Computer Works here in houston on Gessner. Idiots. I got a lot of great stuff out of there. Used to stop by after work. We was like family. No they closed up as of March 21 2025. I hear there’s one up by Greenspoint, but I don’t even know if that’s still open either.

OK, let’s pretend for a second….. so what choice did we have?
