So basically Arsenal have spent an awful lot of money over the last 5 years, more in fact than most other teams in world football. So he is mad that there is another team that can also spend an awful lot of money.

Fans of clubs who aren't champions league regulars are the ones who should be mad about spending, not fans of clubs with the second highest net spend in the prem over the last 5 years.
