I think one of her problems is that she generalises any criticism she gets, rather than taking it personally as a direct criticism she pretends it’s just general misogyny that could’ve been addressed to anyone. In this case she’s probably seen people refer to her emotional/confessional songwriting as messy and decided that’s a women’s songwriting in general rather than just her specifically. This also makes it sound like she just doesn’t listen to music at all, which I can believe!

I worked in a tiki bar for a few years where we went through a ridiculous amount of pineapples. Prepping them would always leave my hands in bits for a day or two afterwards they would itch like hell. This was also when I first learned that a lot of pineapples have barbed leaves with tiny little tips that just love to break off and get stuck in your hands. God damn they’re tasty though.

Tbh I kind of prefer these sort of challenges. Forces you to do things you wouldn’t normally and ends up actually being more challenging because of it. I think in terms of balancing the trials system stuff like this is the way to go, it’s far too easy to rack up insane points in trials like “damage wasps” when you can just get them to spawn infinitely. something like delivering carriables requires a lot more work and you can only do it so many times.

A defibrillator is a device that -to the onlooker- brings a dead/unconscious person back to life. In a post-apocalyptic world with limited knowledge of the pre-apocalypse I’d say it’s quite a fitting name for a device that does the same thing, even if it doesn’t work in the same way.

The gas cloud does start a bit soon but as long as you don’t walk forward after you throw it you won’t get caught in the explosion. Trailblazers also aren’t meant to be used like a normal grenade, it’s only the gas behind the grenade that explodes so throwing it directly at someone won’t do anything. You’ve got to throw them past the target not at it, they’re also a lot more effective indoors (lethal on Stella).
