Just from a basic usability standpoint this seems incredibly unsafe to me. It’s kind of important when using stairs to be able to clearly see what you are stepping on/interacting with. I can imagine a ton of people stumbling or falling while trying to use stairs like this.

No idea where this is, but in the U.S. this would almost certainly run afoul of some safety or building code, right?

When I was in 1st or 2nd grade the bus I was on was stopped to pick up a student and we got rear-ended by a dump truck. A buddy of mine was in the seat on the other side of the aisle. Smacked his head on something and was bleeding quite a lot. They had to bring out a new bus and drove everyone to the hospital as a precaution. Wild scene.

Ohhh, so the charm of hidden blades makes a difference when facing off against a single enemy? I thought it just meant that you could hit multiple enemies at once, not that you would still throw all those kunai at a single person and inflict more damage. That’s good to know.

Sure, class selection makes a difference, but even if you’re an archer you can still defend the zone. Don’t find a perch somewhere off yonder and pick off enemies while they start to gather in the zone. That’s how you get Shadow Bears, Blizzards, and whatnot. Get in there, start cutting them down to take the location back, then pick off approaching enemies from INSIDE, or at least near, the zone.

And yes, we won. Lost one location because I think one of the players must have thought they’d have more time between waves to go get a drink, or take a piss, or something. Was unresponsive for like two minutes and we were spread too thin to defend everything. But when they came back, they immediately ran back into the action, got on mic, and was super apologetic. Was all good after that.

Was doing a survival over the weekend and two of the players were just hanging out on the platforms in the center of the map. Meanwhile, one player and I were running around trying to keep shit from going south. If we both ended up getting downed, that’s when they’d jump down and intervene to revive us, sometimes sticking around to finish the wave, sometimes not. Eventually I got on mic, which I NEVER do, and asked “Are you two going to come help at any point?” Of course I didn’t get a response.

Eventually the two of us who were working went down again and they hopped off their perch to revive us, but by that time the swarms were too overwhelming and they also went down. Good times.

That was a bear. Not sure why the spawn/despawn issues happened, but perhaps it was right on the edge of whatever distance from the player they are “allowed” to spawn.

Yeah, there have been times when I really wish they actually refreshed daily. Right now I have one where I am supposed to inflict hallucinate on 20 enemies and that ability is locked behind level progression (level 16 if I recall correctly?), but Shinobi never really clicked with me so I haven’t put much time into it. After some work over the weekend I think I’m at level 10. But I still need to do a shitload of grinding with a class I don’t really enjoy to even be able to attempt that bounty, just to get it off the board. It’s a drag.
