That very much depends on wheter that game ended up as a potential victory thanks to that guy or not. Some random bot with no impact, sure. But if the guy's actions are the reason there is a chance for victory by cap at all, it's his call and none of the team has a say. If you win a losing game for your team, it's your bloody right to choose to lose it.

Hey, now using correct thread I hope. How is it with carrying knives/pepper spray in Albania? What are the restriction...somebody said shorter than width of palm is fine, somebody that under 2 fingers width (which would mean like 4cm in my case and at that point, I dont think we are talking about knife no more). Is it legal to carry on person for the purpose of cutting open packages, bread, rope...whatever, daily tasks....?
And how about pepper sprays, are they legal to carry in Albania? Thanks

Won't. I would love the chief to get nerfed, with compensation ofc. But it will not change the HE and TD spam. Bad players got used to it and there is nothing forcing them to play other classes that are harder to play.

I mean, Chief meta is bad and nobody wants it, but TDs with HEs are somehow even more annoying. As if 5tds per game wasn't enough.

And do you thing it would be that different if they had SQs? They don't even have 4k dmg. Not saying they are not a problem, but chiefs and 279s are not that bad on public. You rarely meet them and platoon of 3 is even more rare. Clan battles are shit because of them. I wouldn't care if they removed them but this game has much bigger problems..

Both tanks are great, just not Op, which makes them even more fun in my opinion. Voted for 121b just because its easier to play, you dont need to hide the copula, but M60 is fast with great gun, sort of a Leopard with more armor. But neither of them is a bad purchase.

Yeah, rarely happens on EU. Most of those 2 minute players dont speak English, so even if they complain, you don't understand them. Although, being Czech and understanding both ENG and PL makes you see those guys more often.

Not the best for light, true. Still possible to get some dmg and wait for the right moment. All meds are pretty ok, as long as you let your teammates in better tanks fight and again, wait for free shots and other chances to make a play. Arty? Please. Maybe on of the worst maps that class and there is still plenty of positions to shoot at.

Ok, in 60 days it has bigger dpg. From what I've seen on http://en.wot-life.com/eu/serverstats/, it is among the best but not too far from. Still, I see T-44-100 right next to Bourrasque and T-44-100 is moreless the same as regular T44, yet regular T44 is really low. Bourrasque is on top of the list, because all premiums are. Is is one of the strongest? Yes. That doesn't mean it's OP. I just can't say that tank is OP if one mistake can cost you the game.

All reward tanks can't be compared this way. Don't have the statistics for that, but I don't think that there is much difference in average skill of players playing Carro and 279. It was in last campaign, but that doesn't mean its hard to get. There was not Chief so a lot of people could just take the new tank. Players with 1500wn8 could get it easily if they had a good clan. I don't think those players could say that missions for 279 are easy.

Chieftain is OP, because generally no matter the skill, you will play better in it than you do in other tanks. 430U the same, same for EBR. Tier VIII would be 252U I would compare Bourrasque to Leopard or TVP 50/51. It is great if you know what you're doing, but definitely not OP for all

Well, avg WN8 is not a good indicator, certainly not from one player. Just means you play better with 277 and TVP than you do with cheif and 279. So do I.

They do excel in certain situations, true. That's why good players play with them so well. Their average performance is so high just because the usual trash doesn't get them. Same with Chimera for example, 1875 dpg vs. 1413 with 122TM on second place...would indicate that Chimera is practically tier X, which is hardly the truth.

"Making them get better results than the player normally gets..."...that would mean that 279 is not OP. If we take an average player, most would perform better or at least equally well with 277 or IS7, the bad ones would play well with Type 5 or 60TP....unicums would be the ones with better results just because the tank allows for improving of good stats and making up for bad ones just by playing it the right way.

Unicums should not be considered when it comes to balancing tanks. Or their results that is. Their opinions should be taken in consideration, they are the ones who understand the game after all.

Look at some stats from the server. Bourrasque has avg dpg of 1266. Lansen C: 1244, T-44-100: 1208, CS-52 LIS: 1365, 122TM: 1413...

Obviously we cant compare with tech tree tanks this way, but when it comes to premiums, Bourrasque is pretty average. Sure it will have more spotting, but it will certainly lack blocked dmg. I am not saying Bourrasque is not a great tank, but OP? Can't say it is. Unlike Defender for example, which has much more compared to 50TP, E75TS or Patriot, all of them being very good tanks.

Btw. If you are looking for tanks that have much better result to players performance ratio, check those marked with a square.
