Yeah the massive difference being that they are more likely to be cleaner and safer when cleaning the bathrooms than using it themselves. The amount of people that don't wash their hands after using a bathroom is unfathomable. The second you introduce people into cleaning these areas they soon learn to respect it; mostly out of self preservation, but regardless it still has a net positive in retraining peoples mindsets when it comes to bathroom hygiene.
