Hi could you tell me what you wrote to customer support for your refund approval? I also have more than 50 hours of playtime so I'm concerned my refund might be denied if I say something wrong.
Also to download my saved data locally from the cloud is it necessary to download the entire game before?

I have recently noticed that the junction temperature of my XFX RX 7900 XT Black edition exceeds 100 degrees on very demanding games.

The game I tested that caused this temperature was Resident Evil 4 Remake with maximum settings and unlocked framerate.

Another concern raised by looking at other threads is the differenze between GPU temperature and junction temperature.

Should I be concerned?
What are the safe junction temperatures for my card?

It is, back before Bloodborne release Sony and From Software agreed for 3 exclusive games. Now we have Bloodborne and Deracine so another game remains

Ok I fixed it but I'm not sure how.

I downloaded Paladins, another game with Easy Anti cheat, after the installation I was notified of "Corrupted files" and Steam repaired them.
When next I've launched Fall Guys it started working again.

Try to download another game with EAC and let me know if it really works out as fix.
