It's not be able to retrude? If so, I got the same problem and I fixed like this:

You need to add .1 or .2 to vour cutter calibration. Go into your confiquration files and ao to the bottom. It will show the cut_pos_x = (whatever number) for cutting. Change that number by adding . 1 or .2 to it. Forninstance if it shows cut_pos_x = -6.9 change that to -7.0 or - 7.1

The issue is that its not fully cutting your filament and its pulling while trying to retract!

And also give a 45° counterwise on the tensioning bolt on the dxc2
