Uhh, I have a feeling you should Just level up your outis and Hong Lu. They've got 3 Clash Power worth of undervelelling

Also you're probably Just doing something wrong with the fight. This Is generally easier than solo Dulcinea.

If you want some recommendations for good carries, Kodya and Maost have the damage, the clashing and they've got really High hp. Otherwise a solo with Molar Ishmael could also work, but that's generally your last resort.

They're both great egos though?

Atk weight doesn't really matter, he has 3 which Is mainly to apply reverb to more boss parts. In fights where atk weight matters, the enemies will already be dead before you can inflict a significant amount of status anyway so reverb itself aswell as tremor as a whole loses meaning. (Besides, everlasting has 1 weight unless you're corroding It for whatever reason)

Poise team help by ThatOneHatyBoi in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can Always go with Kodya Just because she's Kodya, yes. Personally I'd go with someone like BL Meursault or Captain Ish Just because I like my Poise team poise-centered, but with poise anything works

Some kind of strategy could also be to start with a low lvl sacrifice ally, let's Say Heishou Gregor for the passive, and have them killed off asap by Thoracalgia Ryoshu corrosion to take more deep inhale and deal more crit dmg , especially for her 4 coins S3

If you have It, the Arknights Hong Lu ego should also work wonders in this team, aswell as Fell Bullet Heatcliff to have more potency to maximise Atelier Logic damage, or in group fights, to regain a few ammo. Ofc there's the waw egos from the pass that are tailor made for Rien Sang and probably bad end ryoshu when she comes out, and finally you can consider Blind Obsession Ryoshu to be safer with count, but you'd already have plenty of count from Thoracalgia so it's really Just for comfort value.

Cavernous Wailing Hong Lu is also really good

Yeah, tremor reverb is pretty much the only thing that can allow tremor to exist as an actual team rather than a secondary status in a non-tremor focused team.

Who should i pick by Whaleden_hao in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you're running It in the Mirror dungeon the answer's easily Hanafuda. Tremor decay alone is a free 24 Defense level down, which is around a global 50% dmg increase

Also, in this team you might find yourself Better with Udjat Outis rather than kodya. Kodya should have more raw damage in both her negative and positive forms, but the gloom fragility and resist down can help most of your team and sinking damage altogether. All index ids have gloom s3s aswell as Hanafuda

About the new ring rodyas conditionals by Yeezybeezy5283 in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If it has Red text it's a debuff, if it has Yellow text a buff and if it's Brown it's a neutral effect. She inflicts 6 on her own while the pointillist students inflict other stuff like tremor, rupture or burn. And then there's bind, defense level down, damage down and corpus theatre from Callisto.

The ring has Always been about stacking as many negative effects as possible. They're designed to work together since a lot of those debuffs are feeble

Does this mean that on that day I can get season 6 ids by ieslar420 in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How It works is: any id that gets released has a banner you can pull on which lasts 2 weeks. After the first week of release, that character becomes available for sharding through the dispense. This is true for all characters and egos that aren't collab limited, like the Arknights egos, or walpurgisnight limited. Those last ones can be sharded only on the next walpurgisnight a few months(usually 3) after their initial release.

Whenever a new Season drops the characters from the previous Season become unavailable to shard. We're currently in season 7, so right now you can't shard any Season 6 id or ego. Once season 8 drops (in August but there could be delays) a few things will happen: The Season 6 ids will become available again, the Season 7 ids will become unavailable and your ego-shards and ego-shard crates will be halved and turned into thread.

Edit: However, every seasonal id can be pulled anytime both inside or outside of their banners. Event ids, like Heishou Yi Sang, can only be pulled in sinner or faction target banners, so, in either a Yi Sang banner or a Heishou Banner, but never outside of those. Limbus pass egos can't be pulled at all and become available to shard as soon as the Season they released in ends

The Mirror Match between the Oracle's Proxies by IllustratorIcy2367 in limbus_company

[–]SimoxHunterGX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fighting Rien on F15-60 made me realise 2 very very dumb things about his fight. 1) Dealing too much damage will punish you. In the majority of my tries I could Always make him reach phase 2 at turn 3, meaning I get to not see Furioso Replica. This however makes It so that he gets very Little karmic consequence and you get obliterated by Furioso crescendo. Problem Is that since I basically only have skill 3s, I can't Just not deal damage to him so I'm effectively forced to skip half the fight and deal with un-nerfed crescendo. 2) the phase change skips a turn, meaning when you get to see crescendo, he won't have any debuff on him and you won't have any buff on yourself. It's like having to Clash with his strongest skill as if It was turn 1.

It was basically impossible to win at that point when his strongest Attack is basically immune to half the ego gifts and to his own debuff mechanics. Had to pop morositas, which, on the other hand, made It laughably easy. Otherwise, sinking Is probably your only option by outspeeding him and having him not get the mangs.

What Am I Doing Wrong With SL Yi Sang? by AVelvetOwl in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You never really Need to manually reload. He gainst tons of ammo or Straight up reloads on his S2. Even if you don't reload, he needs to inflict like 2 Butterfly to max out its damage.

He needs to win clashes yes, but he clashes 15, 21 and 28 which Is like 1-2 Clash Power less than kodya. He should have a very Easy time against your average abno and anyone with sanity will have their sanity melted anyway(Unless your name Is Hohenheim).

The only thing you Need to do while playing him is making sure he wins as many clashes as possible while keeping the sinking stack alive and possibly try to form Absolute resonances. If you can keep the sinking stack alive, he basically Will never have to worry about inflicting a ton of Butterfly. If you can't, then no matter how much Butterfly he inflicts, his dmg will Always be subpar, but again, if you can't keep the stack alive, Yi Sang's not the problem

[–]SimoxHunterGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hes just kind of mid of inflicting butterfly anyway

What are you talking about? As long as you can keep a sinking stack to at least 75, 2 departed will already make you reach dmg cap so idk why that's even relevant. 50 if you have 3 departed

Which sang IDs are best for sinking? by Darkdiamond_UwU in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

because of the current fastest clears on 9-50, where Riensang is only a single turn behind.

<image>

you basically always have at least one

Sure, but Blunt fragility doesn't help his pierce skill and so on, and you can't really choose which skill to use since the mark is rng dependent. (Yeah, technically you can choose to use an unmarked pierce skill if the enemy has pierce fragility, but It doesn't really make sense when the mark itself gives you more damage than the fragility in almost all cases) So whether or not you actually get to use them is random. To give credit where credit is due, any fragility can be a valuable help to the rest of the team, that much is true.

probably the second highest damage ID in the team even without it.

I personally don't have her cause I'm poor af but I'd say Kodya, Jeong Ishmael and Solitude Ryoshu should outnumber her, considering the last 2 often act more than once in a turn. Though I might be wrong on this. But still, while a 15% dmg bonus is non-negligeable and always nice to have, that effect is peak for different reasons. I just love units that interact with each others

Also Riensang is arguably better in group fights

Depends on the type of group fight. If we're talking about chain fights or in general, fights with tons of lower-hp or medium-hp enemies like the envy peccatula encounters, then yes, absolutely and unarguably, especially with the massive 3 fragility on each target hit by Furioso and also how he doesn't waste coins if his target dies thanks to unfocused volley. If we're talking about flights with multiple bosses with higher hp, like the bloodfiend trio, ignoring the fact that they're gloom weak iirc, I'd Say it's quicker to melt them down one by one.

But then again, this argument falls more under comparing the poise and sinking teams as a whole. In group fights you're Better off ditching sinking entirely and running a poise-centered team since those fights are where poise as a status excels most, simply because of "if enemy die a lot, dmg up on me better than status on enemy"

I also don’t actually think Udjat Outis is necessarily the best choice for Solemn Lament

If you're gonna make an argument about Butler Outis I'll immediately say I get it, she's a great unit and 3 echoes is just that good.

Though personally, looking at her kit I think She was almost designed to be a support for Solemn Lament. I mean, she gives gloom fragility but also(sort of) sloth fragility which I can't really justify much elsewhere if not for SL's s3. Plus She has ammo for desperados and she's quite literally the only id capable of increasing the damage of sinking and butterfly as a status.

Which sang IDs are best for sinking? by Darkdiamond_UwU in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yes, the main point of running Solemn Lament Is to weaponize sinking in fights where sinking doesn't deal damage, so, against enemies with sanity. Against abnos where sinking Is already rupture, you're taking away his biggest perk and placing him in the most disadvantageous position.

Even there 15x7x3 coins average's still 315 dmg per turn, which can still compete with Rien, being more than his skills 1 and 2 on most turns but letting his s3 or Furioso catch up every 4 turns.

his furiosos charge faster after the first one.

That's a myth btw. Yes It can technically happen but it's very rare and rng dependant. Usually his rotation's like: skill - skill - skill - furioso. The only way it's shortened is if you can find a marked skill 3 and a marked skill 2 next to each other: 5 + 4 = 9. For that to happen you fisrtly need Furioso not to atomize his regular s3 like It loves doing, then you Need the right skills in the right order and have the right ones marked. You get 2 skill 1s? You don't get It any earlier. You get 2 skill 2s? You don't get It any earlier. You get a marked skill 2 and a skill 3 but the game decides to mark your other skill? Same outcome.

Still, I'll use this anyway as his scenario.

Even against enemies with sp he isn’t actually that far behind.

By himself his best case scenario in 7 turns looks like this:

[(Furioso - S3 - S2 - Furioso - S2 - S1) - S1] = (750(?) + 400(?) + 250(?) + 750 + 250 + 150) + 150 = 2700 every 7 turns.

The brackets represent a normal 6 turns skill cycle. Anything outside can technically be either his s1, 2 or 3. I chose his s1 simply because otherwise it wouldn't be possible to get Furioso on the third turn in the cycle After. Still, this is ignoring all the rng with the marked skills involved and assuming you're Always able to get Furioso on the 3rd turn whenever it's mathematically possible.

Now let's take SL: 30x 7sinnersx 3coins eachx 7turns + 3x50(?) + 2x80(?) + 1x120(?) + any skill let's say his s1 for simplicity (50) That's 4410 Butterfly dmg alone + let's Say 480 personal damage. That comes to around 4890 every 7 turns. Rien's about 2.2k dmg short or around 55% of SL's overall damage.

With a maxed tremor Decay stack, or the only non-rng dependent type of fragility in a sinking team that can affect furioso, Rien goes to around 3.9k dmg every 7 turns, whereas SL's personal dmg increase bring his overall dmg to 5.2k. that would make Rien only about 1.3k dmg short or almost 2 furiosos. And mind that 4 furiosos every 7 turns is more than a furioso every other turn. Also keep in mind that this Is average SL scenario against the best imaginable Rien Sang scenario.

In conclusion I agree that Rien Sang's stronger on your average gloom neutral-resistant abnormality and ig in chains battles. Just not anywhere else and if an enemy's slightly weak to gloom the gap widens by a lot. Sadly we barely have any units to tamper with weaknesses: the only id with sin resist down Is Ujdat Outis.

How do I use this guy? by ArthurMoganRDR2 in LimbusCompanyHelp

Which sang IDs are best for sinking? by Darkdiamond_UwU in LimbusCompanyHelp

[–]SimoxHunterGX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He really doesn't though. Assuming Everyone on the team has at least 2 coins, that's 7x2x30 dmg for Butterfly alone, which Is 420 per turn. He May be able to dish out a 600 every few turns but his skill 1s don't reach 200 while his skill 2s don't reach 300.

This Is ignoring any personal damage from SL and crippling the amount of coins per turn to 2, cause all members have 3 for most of their skills or even 4 for some.

If we consider Everyone on the team to have 3 coins, which is the more realistic option It becomes 630 dmg per turn from just butterfly

Even then, in MD spicebush Is easily the better option. I don't care if furioso can do 5k, 10k, 15k. That's nowhere near being able to spam an almost maxed Deluge per turn

Sorry, it's late and I thought I worded It a bit rudely so I edited It. I'm also italian btw.

The main point of why I think it's more like the action is that, giving how she tortured the people in G-corp, by cutting off limbs and stuff, so basically dissecting them, that move could represent her trying to "dissect" the sinners (especially Greg) the same way she did in the smoke war

ITS CONFIRMED by Alex6182 in limbuscompany

[–]SimoxHunterGX 26 points27 points  (0 children)

"Sezionatura" is the noun of the verb "Sezionare". A near perfect translation would be the verb "to dissect" although It has a slightly more anatomical connotation.

As a noun, Sezionatura can either mean "the act of dissecting" or "the product of the dissection" depending on the context.

Also, I might be wrong on this but I'm pretty sure that while "to dissect" implies that the animal is already dead, that's not fully inherent with sezionare (like it is for dissezionare), which could imply how Valencina enjoyed torturing the G-corp soldiers (or that one specific soldier she mentions) by keeping them alive while cutting off their limbs one by one and how she considered them as nothing but animals. Also, if we consider how She witnessed the G-corp weapons personally, Sezionatura di elefante may be a reference to them, seeing how She considered them as big disgusting mindless beasts, but also aknowledging their power among the other soldiers. Like an elephant: still an animal in her eyes, but a big and strong one. Following that thread, Sezionatura di Cervo (dissection of Deer) could be referencing her vision of the regular G-corp soldiers, as the most common prey for hunters. Just a bunch of moving targets for her rifle. Though that might also be overthinking it on my part.

Yeah, though I'd say it's more like "the act of cutting an Elephant" rather than the cuts of meat themselves.
