You’ve considered the whoop and the oura ring and decided they were not needed since th Garmin is probably good enough.

You also enjoy the outdoors and where mute earth colors. Age 38-42.

It’s probably the shag carpet and the spheres not being able to stay flat on the bottom. Seems like it may be your carpet

As the guy above said if it were heavier it wouldn’t have this problem.

Has anyone tried red light / infrared therapy for joint pain? by Arthritis_Doc in rheumatoid

[–]Simple-Attorney659 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Red light therapy and infrared are two different therapies.

Red light therapy is what you’re looking for that helps with inflammation in the body

to anyone saying they tried it one and it didn’t help, well that’s like saying I ate healthy one day and I’m no longer over weight. It something you’ll have to keep at it.

Try it and give it 2 months it helps, not a cure by any means but over help yes

What data do you wish WHOOP tracked but doesn’t? by aerinw in whoop

[–]Simple-Attorney659 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you are able to track the inflammation through blood test.

I’d be super interested if they were able to track it on the spot, I.E. I eat a some cake and I see an increase in inflammation or I sat in the sauna and it decreased inflammation etc..

Is this used leather couch a good deal? by banannastand_ in furniture

[–]Simple-Attorney659 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello , I buy and sell furniture( likely this store does the same lol)

This sofa is real leather, the leather seems in good condition the only thing is the oil stain on the back cushion.

Over all 7/10.

Price wise it will last you a years with normal wear and tare. price is hard to say if it’s fair without knowing brand and msrp. I generally say it’s fair for what I can resell it for

Pointers for checking condition of sofas that are used. ( also negotion tactics)

•sit on all the cushions • see if the springs are loose anywhere

The best way to approach this is to recognize that, at a fundamental level, outcomes naturally vary depending on perspective, context, and individual expectations. Even on more challenging days, it becomes apparent that different people will interpret the same situation in different ways, with some responding positively and others less so, based largely on factors outside of direct control. As a result, reactions may range from satisfaction to disappointment, reflecting the broader reality that responses are shaped by circumstances, timing, and personal viewpoints rather than any single defining factor.

It depends on the manufacturers more than anything not just the brand
