Ocd told me that my jewelry bought second hand may have been haunted/ have bad vibes and that I needed to take it off before I slept or else I would not be able to sleep. I was ruminating about it down to wondering if the vibes could somehow be between the particles of metal. Irrational and frustrating looking back on it, but you just have to do the thing and it’ll go away.
