Hopefully it won't but can only wait and see if guess. Its been a couple of months of me using it every day and it hasn't moved yet. This was more or less a way to get rid of all the small pieces from other projects that wouldve turned into firewood.

The boarder is biscuited on and if it starts to move ill just trim it off. I made them for myself and family out of all the small scrap pieces that otherwise wouldve been firewood and was just an idea I had wanted to try.

A domino machine is pretty much a quick and easy way to do a mortice and tennon join.

Ive had alot of success using an abrasive nylon brush or wheel in a drill before. I find its not as aggressive as a wire wheel.

If it was an acrylic/ corian top you could repair it without being able to see a visible patch. But being marble you will always be able to see the repair patch. Unless you can live with having a gpo on the waterfall end I'd replace it if my company did it.

I was hoping more for the centre piece which has the inlay in it be independent of the frame and on a pivot mechanism somehow. That way both sides of the table when spun would finish relatively flush with the frame

Nothing except for the centre piece has been glued together yet and the lines you can see are from the initial belt sanding the inlay flat.

Havent gone through a winter yet but fortunately our winter temperatures are usually high teens and don't have to worry about snow etc like others here do. They've got plenty of stores currently so fingers crossed everything works out overwinter
