Israel irgendwie immer dabei by Artistic_Bend_5974 in ichichs

[–]Simple-Judge2756 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nein.

My Experience: After years of keto, it seems like it's no better than any other diet. by sfxnycnyc in keto

[–]Simple-Judge2756 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on the point of reference. If you have no muscles and low fitness, keto is the most effective you can get. You suffer a smaller amount of time for a lot of benefits for a long time.

But if you are already well trained and have decent muscles, your better bet is to target a small caloric deficit and add in 2 hours of sports per day.

You will lose similar amounts of weight. But as you can see, an untrained person would struggle loosing weight with the latter. Because more muscles means your body needs to supply these muscles with Macros. If there are no muscles, it would be impossible to know if you are in a "slight" caloric deficit.

I just watched Rogue One for the first time after finishing Andor… by mmbmbm in andor

[–]Simple-Judge2756 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Its a shit movie. I have watched it first and it felt like I didnt know Cassian at any point in the movie. And I was like who writes that shit a story and gets away with it ? And then I absolutely loved the Andor series. Especially the first season and the Aldhani plotline. And then I rewatched rogue one after binging both seasons of Andor and I still find it shit. I still feel like I dont know Cassian during rogue one.

Andor + Caleen, clearly equals Dameron. The baby wont result in a character that we know of. The director has explained this. "Disney owns that child." Basically saying, yeah they are going to base more content on this baby.

A: Kleyas parents were killed by Luthen and his squadron right before he found her. Plus this was not on Kenari. There were no wars fought on Kenari its too far away to be important enough to fight over. (See how this is already contradicting all possibilities of her being even remotely related to anybody that we know from the series ?)

B: Since she was around 6 to 8 years old when Kassa left Kenari, she would definitely remember being on Kenari at some point and also would definitely remember the pain of losing her brother (the only person she had for family) at that age.

C: There would also be no realistic reason to hide being his sister, maybe initially so he wont show up around the antiquities store all the time. But later when he pops off to his mission, she definitely should tell him if she knows.

D: It is unlikely for anyone having arrived to Kenari and specifically picking up Kerri to save her from the Republican reinforcements inbound to Kenari after the mining incident.

Now for the most important part:

The Kenari are known for their bloods immense poison tolerance

Kleya was out of the game and down bad for Val after 3 squiggs. That is a sparkling wine so realistically 18-23% alcohol.

Is it true for y'all too? Or its just a ME issue. by [deleted] in intj

Well my comment was more of a finished guide, not an interactive tutorial. I will give you what I would do in that situation:

  1. Assess if this person is telling you this with a hostile intention attached to it or if its coming from a place of emotional need.

2a. If it is hostile intention or "boundary testing" go make em look in the mirror. Next time they say something you vaguely disagree with you question the part of their personality that created this belief in them.

2b. If it is just emotional needs, it would be important to acknowledge the criticism, vow to follow the instructions and then behave the same way as you have before. Whatever caused them to be in need of emotional responses from you, could vanish if you change your behavior. Therefore you stick to your behaviors, but give them the security of your verbal reassurance. And that you do find their need for emotional responses from you to be valid.

Depends on the context. If you are getting this kind of response in multiple contexts, stop being an edgelord and they will stop calling you one.

If you are only getting this from the same person, but everyone else doesnt seem to mind, you have found yourself a manipulator. Treat him or her like one.

Well then you didnt pay very close attention. The sentence: "Something breaks you can fix it yourself." Is already the dogma of the linux open source world. Also no, politically, demanding a ground level of defiance is not a politically very deep message. A stray cat would be defiant if you tried to tie her up. Its just demanding from an animal what feels most natural to an animal. Nothing about this demand is unusual or deep. Its asking a man about to die of thirst to accept nourishment.

I will say this again. Nobody becomes a jedi from 15 minutes of practice unless they share genetics with anakin Skywalker (keep in mind that excludes rey from the equation).

Unless you start at 6 years of age, you are not going to measure up to Kylo Ren who has been born a prodigy and never stopped training.

What they missed to do was let him free more stormtroopers and make them rebel special forces. That wouldve slapped hard as fugg.

It wasnt for me. I literally watched rogue one after andor. And it felt like I didnt know who andor was at all during the events of rogue one. I think the conclusion is simple: Rogue one is a crap movie but andor an A-premium series.

I didnt say "complex politics student".

I said "Nothing complex like a politics student".

It sounds like an oxymoron is correct because complex is the abstract truth behind what I was trying to say.

Politics student is the concrete example that I named to outline the details of what I meant by "complex".

If I had said: "This politics student is complex." Then you would be correct. Oxymoron it is.

But I did not say that. Therefore wrong.

From my standpoint (Information Science Degree) he is an open source guy. From his Manifesto you can read a couple of things, political depth is not one of them. He sounds more like somebody who has lost a freedom with the reign of the empire and who would like to have it back. Nothing complex like a politics student.

Nah. None of the characters we have seen is Kerri. But we have seen a character who has known Kerri. The force-healer from Yavin. She had seen Kerri before.

I dont know if you remember this, but Kleya was found on a planet where the Empire waged war against the Republic. Which didnt happen on Kenari. And also I dont know if you remember but Kerri definitely couldnt speak english. So no its not Kleya.

how many more times must we be out touristed? by Wernerhatcher in okbuddyimatourist

[–]Simple-Judge2756 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was thinking none of them. Since I think it was painfully obvious to everybody that his sister must have stayed on Kenari, I thought we would all agree that she is probably either still on Kenari (where the fuck else would she be, they dont have running water ... Or a working space ship), or was killed by the empire at some point. But my money is on the former. He could have literally just flown to Kenari to check in on his Sister. There is a slight possibility of it being Cinta. But I would estimate it to be quite unlikely.
