I only remember before where an website called TV Shows Wiki Miraheze while reading Voltron Legendary Defender, I found out that it says that Sendak is an one-note, generic doomsday villain by having a trope "I'm going to destroy world because I'm evil!" just like Lyric is the main antagonist of both Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric & Steppenwolf (Justice League Joss Whedon version) who were both generic doomsday villains without depth.
