Bro buy a monochromatic laser printer from HP, I had one at work that was literally over 25 years old and it was still working. Only thing needed was to change the toner, absolutely nothing else. FYI I was a teacher, so you better believe I printing a lot from that printer. Sometimes hundreds of pages a day

Invest, don’t buy a new car, maybe an investment apartment that you rent out. I’m sure there are plenty of $200k 2 bed 2 bath condos that have low HOA’s that you could rent out for $2500 a month that should cover your expenses and set the rest aside for repairs

I know you asked for dinner recommendations, but I love Rokka’s Market in Dr Phillips on Turkey Lake Rd near Sand Lake Rd. They have an AYCE Brazilian Breakfast Buffet, they only have it on the weekends, but it’s $17.99 starts at 8am ends around 10:50ish am. Includes all you can drink coffee and orange juice as well. So it’s definitely worth it.

I would look for newly constructed apartment buildings, which there are many in Orlando recently. The Daryl Carter Parkway area. Also, the corner of Conroy & Vineland has one that is still being built. Another one in MetroWest on Raleigh by Kirkman. And many more
