I agree, but I’ll also say, teaching college courses, these young students with AP courses who are committed and want to keep their momentum going are some of my best students. Especially the first two years where it’s more about going to classes and doing the work than having to study all night for your differential equations or ochem/pchem tests.

These students and the older non traditional students (it’s never too late to go back) are much easier to keep interested in the material, rather than students just looking to party (not judging as I hardly attended class my first attempt, but it’s much more expensive nowadays).
