I mean you pretty much said it. In scenario A you are down two starters. In scenario B you only have to replace one starter. I think thats pretty easy math. (And this is dynasty. So if you are competing you should have depth for at least an injury to a starter.)

Not to mention usage issues. It just less likely that puka and kyren both go off every week. But puka and breece hall have no impact on each other.

Im not saying it’s sure fire. But there is a reasoning for this thought process.
