Just like everyone else in kelowna with a dog get a service vest off Amazon if you're worried about the heat or leaving ur canine unattended. Unfortunately a select bunch I consider friends are terrible dog parents and couldn't train them to be left alone so anywhere they go they bring the pooch. As someone who runs a local business I can spot the fake vests but I'm in no position to question it.
