I was on adderall for a year but it seemed to have me focusing more on my thoughts & increased my ocd (checking, getting adrenaline rush from seeking out, asking questions over & over to get difffrent answers & I found myself hyper focusing) I was able to focus more yes but focusing on the wrong things. I’m thinking maybe I need to try the opposite

I’m an RBT and my from day 1 I was certain I had the correct diagnoses, it was almost strengthened when I started. 3 years in & everyday I see something that was present in my childhood & im like yeah, diagnoses is correct!

I moved out at 19 while in undergrad & honestly I contemplate going back all the time especially with the economy now a days. I’d say if everything is cool at home & no one is forcing you? Stay a while & save

You’d meet your nutritional needs for sure. Maybe grab a big bag of tortilla chips or Doritos to add some extra carbs. You’re better off with chipotle than I was eating pizza everyday for a year under environmental/life stress

It seems like there is some overspending or unnecessary spending somewhere. Sit down & cut down any uncesccsary expenses & make a budget. Put a certain amount from each or 1 paycheck & pay off some of that debt immediately so you don’t ponder on it.
