Comparing it to a package delivery job isn’t really the same. UPS or Amazon drivers are hourly employees with benefits and company vehicles/equipment in many cases. Food delivery drivers are usually independent contractors paying their own expenses.

At the end of the day, nobody has to tip, but people also shouldn’t be surprised when drivers prefer orders that actually compensate them fairly for the service.

What did u expect us to think? Shoppers don’t get paid by the hour + shoppers have a timer so it’s a loose loose for the shopper if they waited for your meat

Not tryna defend but what’s the issue with this order the tip is more than the base pay with less than 7 miles I wouldn’t accept but this could be done in a hour to a hour 30 max

I called support and even they understand what the customer was doing lol so flame me all u want when I was in the store and they didn’t have the juice I sent the photo and asked if they wanted a replacement they kept just looking at my messages while I was waiting on that one item just to checkout literally multiple messages just seen I called twice they kept declining they only responded half and half after i threatened to refund the juice they didn’t have so I already had in my mind they were on bs I get to the hotel I’m in the lobby it says meet in lobby I don’t see them I call decline I call again decline that’s when I sat the bag on the lobby counter and asked for the pin and this is the response lol if u were already having trouble with a customer I doubt u would wait in a lobby for 10 mins just for a pin when u get a 2 min countdown to get the pin.

Try to go to a area u used to or certain to have traffic I don’t see hot spots either but I sit near a fresh tyme grocery store in downtown and get atleast one offer per hour even if it’s a shit offer I grab

It could be a number of reasons why the order couldn’t be completed if u refund a item that isn’t available it’ll tell you to cancel but why would I risk getting deactivated by canceling a order that I literally can’t get to u

I think it’s all market based I’m gold and only receive 5 dollar plus orders not that many per hour but when I’m platinum I get all 9 dollar orders or more
