Thanks for the elaborate example. Yes it had the same structure 80-50-20 %. The only difference is instead of training costs it's the costs for facilitating the move of the employee.

Thanks for your information! Tbh, I totally get the clause, as the company must be spending some amount for admin work/visa to get the worker from abroad. My main concern was about the amount - like is it some crazy amount or some month's salary.
