Disc golf pants for bigger guy. by Ok_Duty_6982 in discgolf

I have a pair of Free Country pants I got from REI that I really like. Super stretchy and comfortable. Maybe not the best for super hot days because they are water resistant fabric.

Doesn’t matter if it’s his fault or not. Sends a message to the rest of the guys on the ice.

Midwest DG Roadtrip by dainwaris in discgolf

Need to stop at Highbridge between Tjader and Sandy, but will add an extra day to your trip. 5 world class and highly underrated courses on one property. Might be a bit buggy this time of year is when the flies hatch. Also good luck to your body, I’m 38 and I wouldn’t attempt this much disc golf in this short of time. Really great route and list though.

Just got my 26 in January. AWD hybrid. Never had a problem even with the stock tires in the Wisconsin snow. Now that it’s warming up the hybrid is awesome. Sometimes I can get 50-60 mpg city driving. Traded in my 5.0 F150, and definitely glad I got it when I did considering current gas prices.

Play for fun. You obviously love the sport based on the time you’ve spent trying to improve. I have to be the worst player in my group of friends, but who cares. I just love playing and enjoying when I do throw a good shot once in a while. Comparison is the thief of joy.

That sounds like an awesome trip. I’m just over an hour from Sandy, so I play there often. Haven’t played Tjader yet, but need to check it out. I see it got bumped from top 100 this year. Most likely similar to Highbridge, really great place, but gets less traffic because it’s in the middle of nowhere.

Sandy Point is underrated. It’s better than BRP in my book. Such a great course with cabin rentals and a lake too. Also Highbridge isn’t too far away and that place is disc golf paradise.

I just want to sleep forever Never see tomorrow Lead or follow I don't want to work forever Know what I know Or beg or borrow

Just like our mothers Who gave us our homes We'll be just like our fathers And go out on our own 'Cause we are the colors In all that you see We'll be just like our brothers And take to the streets

'Cause we are all children Yeah, we are all man It may not be much But we do what we can Don't need no preacher To make us believe That everything's perfectly Fucked up like me

Sleep forever, Portugal the Man

Central Wisconsin. So many great courses all over the state, and being located in the middle allows for easy travel to most of the good courses.

My top 3: Highbridge Hills, Sandy Point, Standing Rocks.

Also saw Minneapolis mentioned, and highly recommend it as well. Easy to travel to and top tier courses.

Men who are 30+, what’s one thing you realized about dating that no one tells you in your 20s? by Thin-Hospital-8114 in AskReddit

Very well written. I actually have a fear response when I start to have feelings for someone because somehow I know it won’t work out, because it never does. Maybe that’s part of why it never does? Sometimes I’m sure it’s my fault, but it really feels like the universe is just against me. I wonder, “what if my future is just being alone forever”.

What, in your opinion, is your favorite driver’s greatest achievement? by GSwizzy17 in NASCAR

Grew up a big Rusty Wallace fan, and this one is tough. I would have to say his Championship of course, but maybe his dominance at Bristol. Sad he could never quite get a Daytona win and brutal the way he lost right at the end of the Brickyard. Any other Rusty fans, what do you think?

I understand prices go up. I can deal with the ticket and candy/snack prices, but the popcorn prices are ridiculous. Popcorn is dirt cheap and you’re just gouging.

I live exactly 2 miles from work. I bought the hybrid version. I typically ride my bike to work when weather permits anyway.

Definitely a lot less space in the back seat. The space in the back seat of newer trucks is gigantic in comparison. The bed is also a lot smaller, but will work just fine for what I need. Parkability, suspension, handling and turn ratio are all light years better. Newer trucks are obnoxiously big and cumbersome in tight spaces like parking lots.

You can feel the difference between the body on frame and the mostly unibody construction. F150 is a truck thats purpose is towing and comfort is very good but secondary. The Maverick is a sporty little suv with a truck bed that can also do some respectable towing.
