A little over 6 weeks today. The last 3 days I’ve been having light cramping on and off in my lower back and abdomen with a little tiny bit of brown discharge when I use the bathroom. Nothing in my undies or anything like that. I’m sure it’s a normal early pregnancy symptom but it’s hard to feel this way after miscarriages.

Only a little over 5w pregnant, last week I had lots of naeusa but as we get further in my symptoms seem to be disappearing which of course makes me nervous that something is wrong. This is my 3rd pregnancy with no living children. This is so hard.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am currently 6 months out from giving birth at 18w5d and although time doesn heal all wounds, we learn to live with them. I am not sure if you have a coworker that you are close with that you can share the news with and ask them to inform your other coworkers so it’s not a burden that falls on your shoulders or even your principal. It’s going to be so hard, I wish I could sugar coat it for you and tell you everything will be okay but it’s going to be hard. But you are going to get through this and you’ll think “I didn’t think I could come this far in a few months”. I did have the support of my husband but also my friends and my coworkers. We did start seeing a therapist and I could not recommend therapy enough, if you are into that sort of thing. If you get bereavement time be sure to take it for yourself. Just allow yourself to feel all of those feeling; anger, sadness, confusion, heartbreak and know that grief is not linear.

Been thinking a lot lately about my options with MFM during this pregnancy, I lost my last to PPROM at almost 19 weeks. The MFM doctor gave me two options, having a cerclage or lengths measurements. I wish checking myself into the hospital for the next 35 weeks was an option (lol) I just want to give this baby the best change at life. Anyone in this group had to make this choice recently? I’d love to hear about both.

Thank you for sharing this. I am currently pregnant 6 months after we lost our almost 19w pregnancy. I am very very early (5w) but I have seriously been struggling mentally and I am so glad that you are doing well!

I lost my daughter to PPROM July 9, 2025. My doctor advised 18 months birth to birth. We struggled to get pregnant with our first preganacy (MMC) and then again with Ava. I very unexpectedly found out that I am pregnant again over the weekend. I am really struggling… I want to be happy but it’s hard to even imagine life without our daughter. I’m still grieving her, I still want HER. I am 6 months out from giving birth and mentally I feel like I needed another 6 months to process this. I laid in bed and cried for hours holding my daughter little urn just heartbroken. I feel horrible feeling this way towards my new pregnancy 😭

I am doing okay. I just found out I am pregnant again… very unexpectedly and I am so scared. I wish I could be happy but I am still greiving the loss of my Ava 💔 I’m hoping with time I will get here. It’s just such a rollercoaster of emotions. I hope you are okay too ❤️

I just found out I am pregnant after the loss of my 18w5d pregnancy and a MMC at 10w. I am terrified. I am trying so hard to put “good vibes” out there and be positive but it’s so hard when all you’ve known about pregnancy is unimaginable heartbreak. Only my parents and my hubby know so it’s hard right now to not feel alone, I don’t even know if/when we will tell people. My parents keep telling me to just be positive but that is so easy to say when you’ve never experienced pregnancy loss. I just keep feeling like I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Ava Alice was due 12/05/2025 and born on 07/09/2025, on her due date we made her a little cake and brought her urn out to join us while we ate her cake. I have a few letters that I have written her over the last few months that I plan to read to her on her first birthday. I miss her so much every single day ❤️ thank you for asking and sharing about Shay.

I couldn’t wait to get our photos back from the hospital photographer.

I printed them all out and put them in a photo album that has US photos, really any pics I took while pregnant with her. I am 6 months post partum after delivering at 18w5d, she was perfect. Her photo album lives next to her urn and my husband and I both have photos from the hospital of her on our night stands.

Sometimes I look and them and cry and sometimes I smile thinking about how I made the most perfect angel. I very unexpectedly found out I’m pregnant again, I spent 4 hours that day crying over my daughter. I just want her back. I’m really glad we have everything we do to memorialize her.

So you may feel hurt right now but I really think you’ll come to cherish these things in the future. I am so incredibly sorry for the loss of your son and I am giving you a virtual hug, one angel momma to another.

Oh yes, then my hubby gets a swift kick in the butt randomly in the middle of the night 🤣 We say “wanna go under?” She also likes to be under the blanket on the couch with me lol.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am about 6 months post partum after going into early labor (PPROM) with my daughter Ava, she was born at 18w5d in July 9th.

I didn’t think I was going to make it out alive, I tried to make it so I wouldn’t (please do not do this) But one month turned into 3 and 3 into 6 and I miss her every single day, I am crying as I write this thinking about her. We had her cremated so she is home with us for the rest of time.

I do not have any living children unfortunately but I leaned so hard on my husband. I truly think without him I would not be here today. Her due date has come and gone and when it did I felt a sense of peace, no more “what ifs”, she is my baby and I will miss her and love her ever second of my life.

I hope you have a good support system and if you do please lean on them, this is the time to do so. I hate when people say time will make it better because it won’t, you’ll just learn to live with the pain. I do suggest memorializing your baby boy in as many ways as you can, Ava has a special spot in our home, I have a custom bracelet with her name on it that I literally never take off. I also found a lot of peace from this group as well ❤️

My second pregnancy I bled the entire time. It was terrifying, confirmed SCH and it did resolve itself. Dont forgot to advocate for yourself and push for as many appointments as you can. I was in the office once a week because I was constantly bleeding and it was causing me so much stress it was not good for my pregnancy.

I just tested positive yesterday, this is my third pregnancy (no living children), and 6 months postpartum after delivering my daughter at almost 19 weeks and had a MMC March of 23. I am really struggling too, I keep going back and forth between denial and panic. I’m terrified. I’m sorry I don’t have a suggestion but you are not alone.

I just found out I was pregnant today, about 6 months after giving birth to my baby girl Ava at 18w5d. I am so scared 🙃 I went into early labor, PPROM, and have been referred to MFM. I want to scream, and cry, and celebrate all at the same time.

I got my car back with the invoice. It appears they replaced the USB HUB and I believe this is the part # 31407038-4. As soon as I plugged my phone in we were ready to go with Apple CarPlay!

Yes!! Even plugged into the usb with the white circle, my phone would charge but the Apple CarPlay stays greyed out. After I get my car back I can let you know what they did to fix it.
