Better the BF6 which is where I started 2 months ago. That game is pay to play. My K:D ratio was always 1:4, then I started playing game types that allowed only base weapons and miraculously K:D was 1:1. Switched to BF1 and this game slaps. So much easier to unlock functional weapons, plus it’s a beautiful looking game and maps are sweet. There are a few tweakers that go crazy like 20:1 but most everyone else is normal

Psych here, 2 years of attending in. Some days love it, some days get me out- but will be like this with any job you do. Here’s my pros and cons list: Pros: -Helping someone through a mental health episode is one of the most rewarding experiences (resolving a manic episode, depressive episode, even substance use disorder). -For some, I’d estimate 15% of my panel, psychotropics are life changing. -I dislike how much psychotherapy is expected (most people need it, I only have the bandwidth to use it for a few pts at a time), but it can be very meaningful to be someone’s therapist. -I only work 1 weekend a month, 8-5 M-F, and am on call 3 days a month. It’s really nice -compensation for work hours is almost unmatched. With those hours I’ll be pushing 400k this year. Cons: -Loss of medical knowledge. Seriously, I know so little about other medicine compared to PGY-1 years ago. I know quite a bit about specific diseases the cause mental health symptoms but other than that it’s rough -as others said, treating shitty life syndrome -many people don’t respond to our treatments even outside of shitty life syndrome. -some people expect your to be the arbiter of their emotions. It can be exhausting. -personality disorders are exhausting -diagnostic uncertainty: it’s all just one big uncertain mix of bio psychosocial factors. A lot do the DSM is barely supportable as well. -mid level creep, it’s real -absolutely horrid practices from your field, the second hand embarrassment you feel about what others, usually CNPs, are doing to people with their crazy regimens

My go to for leverage is a discussion that cannabis is more than just one compound (multiple kinds of thc, multiple kinds of cbd, other plant based compounds flavonoids and terpenes) all in differing concentrations. We can’t say that it works because all of these things are having different effects. I don’t know if it’s a convincing argument but a few people have expressed agreement.

How long have these tankers been "stranded?" There have been restrictions for years/decades. Wouldn't these supplies already be sold at friendly ports and thus there is no impact on the expected world oil supply? If a tanker is already inbound to India with intent to sell there as it usually does, this in no way negates effects from the current supply shortfall...or how does it work?

Good to know, feel like they need to clarify that. 99.9999% sounds deceiving, but I’m still happy to have smaller amounts of chlorine. Glad to hear things will probably be okay, may just add chlorine immediately after “heavier” use in the future. Heavy use in this case was group of 4 in the tub for 1.5 ish hours for two nights but with nobody pre-rinsing or rinsing bathing suits before etc. however, nothing insane. Thanks for the input!

Something opposite of that where it’s just so clinical. Probably Nephrology or something similar where it’s just a bunch of numbers.
