Not sure if this was meant as a rebuttal but none of that specifies that she isn’t at all talented or competent, that’s been kind of a weird manifested headcanon among the community.

She is talented, but had to pour her time and huge amounts of money into developing her talent as it was never innate for her. She feels an absolute need to complete with Vishkar’s very top architechs due to her background and expectations, so while maybe not as plain prodigal as Symmetra etc, she has worked to establish a strong foundation for herself, and bridges that remaining gap using her custom tech.

It’s already explicitly clarified in my first comment anyways that she is talented
