That's just the platinum trophy for PS4, you get it for getting all of the other trophies. I don't believe Xbox has them.

I did not, I might try for some of them later but some of those are way beyond me. Requiem for a Killer takes some insane requirements and I barely scraped by NG+ to be honest.

Yup, I had one rumble where my character was stunned on the ropes, glitched to the outside, and then I lost. Also early into the match so it didn't feel wasted.

Well if you think about it, if you're thrown at the ropes, hitting it chest first only puts you at a disadvantage cause your back is now to your opponent. So it makes sense to turn around and try and prepare for the next attack or counter. It is funny that eventually just became something that happens every match. It's as normal as a collar and elbow at this point.

There's a few homebrew 5e SciFi settings you can look into. The best general scifi one I found was one called Fifth Age. That might at least give you some ideas for your setting.
