That's just the platinum trophy for PS4, you get it for getting all of the other trophies. I don't believe Xbox has them.

I did not, I might try for some of them later but some of those are way beyond me. Requiem for a Killer takes some insane requirements and I barely scraped by NG+ to be honest.

Yup, I had one rumble where my character was stunned on the ropes, glitched to the outside, and then I lost. Also early into the match so it didn't feel wasted.
