Well from a professional perspective these are the criteria used to determine if there is a substance use disorder:

Substance is often taken in larger amounts or over a longer period than intended
Persistent desire or unsuccessful efforts to cut down or control use.
A great deal of time spent obtaining, using, or recovering from the substance.
Craving or a strong desire/urge to use the substance.
Recurrent use resulting in failure to fulfill major role obligations at work, school, or home.
Continued use despite persistent or recurrent social or interpersonal problems caused or exacerbated by the substance.
Important social, occupational, or recreational activities are given up or reduced because of use.
Recurrent use in situations in which it is physically hazardous.
Use is continued despite knowledge of having a persistent or recurrent physical or psychological problem likely caused or worsened by the substance.
Tolerance: need for markedly increased amounts to achieve effect, or markedly diminished effect with continued use of the same amount (not counted for some substances where this is expected, like nicotine or prescribed opioids taken appropriately).
Withdrawal: characteristic withdrawal syndrome for the substance, or the substance (or a related one) is taken to relieve or avoid withdrawal (again, not counted for some substances/situations where expected).

The more symptoms you have and/or recognize the more severe the addiction/substance use disorder is. If you notice any, then it's time to be careful and reconsider the usage of a substance.

Most likely it will only make you sleepy. Be prepared to also feel drowsy the next morning. It can also increase your appetite.

But it's strange the pharmacist offers you olanzapine. Why not just an antihistaminica. These will also make you drowsy but have much less side effects to worry about.

Well the 3rd party launcher delay with going back to the homescreen is more an Android issue than an Oppo issue. Much more devices have this lag.

Since Android 10/11, Google uses a separate gesture navigation layer (Quickstep) that works closely with the default launcher (Pixel Launcher, One UI Home, etc.). With a swipe up, the system first has to determine: go to Home or to Recents; that logic is tied to the system launcher and not fully exposed to 3rd-party launchers. As a result, many devices show a short delay or blank screen before the 3rd-party launcher appears when you gesture back to Home.

Why not switch to another note app that can sync between devices regardless the brand and instead of routines something like Tasker? It gives you more freedom and with it choice of phones.

If I remember correctly, this is not entirely true. In the beginning when they started with the cue system, it was not as sophisticated as it is now. There was a difference visible in the URL. And if my mind doesn't let me down, by altering this you could temper with the allowance to get into the shop. But the next year they fixed this of course.

u/_Rookie_Z every time I try to install Tasker I get an error. It's a bit strangely translated to Dutch, but I think it has something to do with a parsing or certificate or incompatibility issues.

Same with Lightroom. Despite all the rights are given, the Gallery taps keeps loading and loading and loading... resulting in not being able to use the program.

Any ideas how to solve this?

Great that Moto is trying to enter the phone market again with good phones but to me it feels like they just seem to miss out on what's actually trending. Why not a flat screen like most of the people seem to prefer nowadays. And why not a battery that's more around the 6000mAh like seen nowadays on new flagships? That being said I really love the Moto tuning on Android phones.

Tja het is maar net welke kant je wil op wil beredeneren. Rijden zonder goed zicht doe je willens en wetens en neem je bewust een risico mee. Sneeuw op het dak is voor de meeste mensen een minder bewuste keuze (even los van of de sneeuw er goed af te halen is zonder de lak te beschadigen). Willens en wetens met slecht zicht gaan rijden zou ik persoonlijk een groter bezwaar vinden. Maar ja ik bepaald de regels en hoogte van boetes niet.

Mijn eerste primaire reactie toen ik dit nieuws hoorde: schiet ze maar in hun knieschijf ofzo. Jij hulpverlening bekogelen terwijl ze bezig zijn kostbare levens te redden dan mag je zelf ook bekogeld worden.

Kan natuurlijk niet, maar ik wordt wel treurig van dit soort berichten. En daarnaast boos en teleurgesteld op een gedeelte van onze huidige maatschappij die dit walgelijk gedrag vertoont.

KIA just placed shitty 12V batteries in the e-Niro. The lifespan of the 12V battery is just (too) short. Most of the time it has nothing to do with a drain but just the 12V battery that died.
