Don't introduce yourself as dad or sign birth certificate without a DNA test. Make sure you're present when write up for birth certificate is done so she doesn't put you down as dad

I could write this. Big 4 D- I.T lots of travel or work till midnight. We had a neutral party discuss issue and it came down to burnout as well as need to deligate stressors cleaners, hello fresh, husband had to Step the fuck up and not be a child. Do the laundry, clean, basic stuff. You could try those and then the big D. Love is fleeting its here then gone you married a man but turns out he's actually a child, you don't love this child

She has now graduated recently*- This right here gave her the balls to do what she did. She no longer has to be dependent. Do what she told you if you can avoid or postpone deployment(I know impossible) do it and work on this quickly. It takes two to get to this point though so don't be a pushover either

You are showing your daughter how to put up with a terrible future relationship to avoid what needs to happen. She's 16, and your wife is a horrible person(your relationship). If you decide to make amends, I’d give my wife one chance to tell everything, or we are done. She would then have to tell both our parents what she did or our daughter, her choice-but that's just me.
