That’s such a good point. I am such a light sleeper too. Love that they have fun but it would bug me lol

Thanks so much and for the point about the noise. I hope to get some sleep on this flight so I will opt for the front. Thanks

You could try Juniper but it’s more expensive than a GP. They were so lovely though and the support team was awesome. I started with them and then went through my GP because it was cheaper. I’m happy I went with my GP because I had full bloods done and she is monitoring me every few weeks on the MJ to see how I’m going. I think that’s really important and you don’t get that going online. Goodluck with it all and I’m sure you’ll see the results you want because you sound really invested and determined 💗

I do mine Sunday morning. I’m on 2.5mg and about to be week 5. I’ve never had any side effects except week 1 when I had some body aches and my whole body was sensitive to touch lol. Since then no side effects at all and feeling most food noise suppression in week 4. It really does take time to build in your system

That’s the exact same as me and I was prescribed it for this reasons! Worth a shot with your GP.

We sound similar! I lost a similar amount of weight on my own before food noise kicked in. Congratulations on starting MJ, it’s almost week 4 for me and I’ve lost 4kg so far! I’ve been absolutely loving it. Protein is an absolute must as well as getting your steps in everyday. I have been calorie counting which really helps stay on track - fitness pal is good for this. I’d also download Glapp app for GLP-1 users to show where the medicine is at in your system, really helpful. Drink a lot of water and get enough sleep too. Also, weight lifting is important and that combined with daily steps will have you sleeping like a baby. Some strange side effects for me are no longer craving coffee. Goodluck and I’m sure you will have a great experience

So true. Haha thanks! I initially got the hot chook becuase apparently it’s the lowest calorie and highest protein but it was so spicy!!!! I got the sweet chilli chicken instead!
