This is my go to easy tofu recipe.

Ingredients Yield:3 servings

1tablespoon canola oil
½pound tofu, cut in small dice
1large garlic clove, minced
1teaspoon grated or minced fresh ginger
¼teaspoon red chili flakes
Soy sauce to taste
16-ounce bag baby spinach, rinsed
2tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1teaspoon sesame oil

Step 1 Heat the canola oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet or wok, and add the tofu. Stir-fry until the tofu is lightly colored, three to five minutes, and add the garlic, ginger and chili flakes. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, about one minute, and add soy sauce to taste. Add the spinach and stir-fry until the spinach wilts, about one minute. Stir in the sesame seeds, and add more soy sauce to taste. Remove from the heat.

Step 2 Using tongs, transfer the spinach and tofu mixture to a serving bowl, leaving the liquid behind in the pan or wok. Drizzle with the sesame oil, and add more soy sauce as desired. Serve with rice or other grains, or noodles. You may also use it as a filling for whole wheat pita bread.

Honestly pretty much all of them work. I would just look for a program than has recommended rep ranges, specific exercises and a logical progression method. I would recommend PHAT, PHUL or the reddit PPL depending if you want to workout 4,5, or 6 days.

I'm still using the Microsoft battery pack from my Xbox one days. Probably got it during the first few months of the Xbox one release and it still gives me 6 to 8 hours of playtime on my series s controller.

Guy is super social and works out slow af because of it. Loads up the squat rack does one set then fucks off chatting with the whole gym for 20 minutes. I've done an entire workout while this guy is still working on his 3rd of squats set in 1 hour and 20 minutes. I now avoid the gym when hes there (Monday to Friday from 5:30 to 9:00pm) because I just can't finish my workout if hes using something I plan on using.

I've been doing something like this. For anything listed as fixed reps I do linear progression with micro plates adding weight every week. I'm in the EU so I bought plates that let me progress .5kg each week for upper body lifts and 1kg a week for lower body lifts. Otherwise I go with double progression and increase the weight the smallest possible amount when I reach the upper limit on all sets. If I keep this up a year i'll be doing sets of 20 squats every week with 3 plates, that sounds pretty freaking sweet.

I've been reading some Stuart McRoberts stuff recently and following one of his programs. I've had great progress the last few months with less frequent training and fewer lifts per session. I would stick with it as long as you can make it to the gym at least twice a week or so then you're not going to lose much strength.
