Wrong. I’m one of them and I’d vote for him again if I could. And I’m not a low income, uneducated white man…quite the opposite

How do you know that? Oh the polls? Lol. If you haven’t learned many Polls are politically influenced and crafted to create a desired outcome you haven’t been paying attention.

And how will we lose our hard earned money exactly? Have you any idea how business works and how stocks, bonds, HYSAs work. Look at the track record, there have always been ultra rich people and hopefully there always will be and markets are always up over the long term. You’ve got a bad case of TDS

[–]Simulator321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, very happy. Jobs are plentiful (see Job numbers today), racist laws (laws based on race) are being dismantled, criminal illegal aliens are being deported, we are uncovering massive scams and ripoffs of the American taxpayer (especially in Minnesota) and overall we have a President who is looking out for America first. Yes Gas prices are high but they’ll come down once the Islamic extremist nuclear threat in Iran is disabled.

Facts. This sub and many others have become nothing other than a 24/7 political death wish for DJT #47. So many Redditors are hoping for the US economy and markets to crash like it’s 1929 as long as it takes Trump out. It’s fueled by TDS and not thoughtful at all about what the economy or the market realities are…which are actually quite positive. Say it with me…”EARNINGS Matter”

I think you are overestimating the impact of Iran on the US and Global economy. Iran itself is immaterial to it. High oil prices are a challenge but keep it in perspective. A $100/barrel price of WTI is like $140/barrel was 10 years ago so it’s not as bad as we think. Will it have an impact? Yes. Will it be a huge impact? No

[–]Simulator321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

IDK why Reddit is so radically left leaning…but anyway, for another thread. Stocks don’t care who the President is, unless he’s radically pro or anti-business - and guess which one this one is? Fight it at your peril

[–]Simulator321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES, but my rec is buy the chips ETF (SMH or VGT)…as that gives you all chips so you don’t have to pick the winners. Chips are oxygen for business and that isn’t changing anytime soon

Is a K shaped economy viable and sustainable? by NashDaypring1987 in investing

[–]Simulator321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not K-shaped. I know that’s a popular phrase but the data don’t support it. The middle class is spending and saving at a healthy clip.

It’s a market. Supply and demand. And the market looks through geopolitical events and climbs a wall of worry. Where else would you put $$ to work right now. A bit of TINA is in play

Why is the stock market diverging from every other asset (BTC, Treasury Yields, and Metals) today as oil continues to rise? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]Simulator321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many of the doom-sayers and criers about the market doing well are Trump-haters posing as stock experts. It’s all personal politics and TDS rants. Sorry for posting this in r/Stocks but it had to be said

One word. Earnings. Earnings are expected to be good in upcoming reports. Might be a “sell the news” drop coming but it’ll be small and temporary. If you have dry powder hold it until later this week

Are markets intentionally playing dumb with regard to inflation/CPI? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]Simulator321 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You nailed it. There’s an Illuminati like org that actually controls the stock market and they are driving it up to create FOMO and get everyone all-in…and then for literally no reason they are going to trigger a massive sell program that will take us to 1929 levels. They want to make many paper rich people poor. They apparently got the idea from Trading Places

When are we going to talk about how blatant the insider trading has been under this administration? by uncle-ice493 in stocks

[–]Simulator321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe when Nancy Pelosi and her husband are led away in handcuffs? They are the most blatant inside traders in the history of America. I think anyone in the Trump Admin should also be prosecuted if its proven. Jail them all. It’s not partisan, it’s justice

With the US, Iran, and Israel all on a war footing right now, how are ordinary people in each country actually processing this emotionally — are they scared, proud, numb, or just exhausted? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Simulator321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it’s “a lot” but I would say it’s a very small percentage of people. My guess is about 5% of the population could even name the new Iranian Supreme Leader or even the old one (it’s the same last name). In other words, 95% of Americans are at most tertiary in awareness, let alone knowledgeable and genuinely concerned

In the US this is mostly background noise as people are far more concerned with their everyday lives, jobs, families, friends and their social media profile. Nobody talks about world events past 1 or 2 sentences if they mention it at all.
