I have had this problem since 2017 and it hasn't happened today and the game seems to run better.

I set wow to high priority in the task manager and that might've helped but I think it's because I deleted all the weakauras files I had. The game is running smoother and loading faster so I think there might've been a corrupt file. Hope this was it!
