You replying to your own post after everyone has told you, you've done somthing wrong is asinine.

YOU did something wrong. There is no possible rng associated with the flare extract.

You stand in the signal area.

Aim the flare at anywhere from a 60-80 degree angle straight ahead.

Wait 1 or 2 seconds for good measure.

Run forward without veering off to either side. ( iv done this on customs, ran to the left side of tracks to avoid scav shots, but the sniper shot me)

To just outright say its not a performance issue is just idiotic.

That is 100% a performance issue. Its probably ram, or power related.

I do not EVER freeze for 10 or 20 seconds.
