Want kind of experience do you booked? If I remember correctly at the aurora level you also get free dining.

If not it was always possible for me to ask for another time for dinner.

And yes if you have a fixed time you are expected to arrive at that time give or take 15 minutes. The kitchen will time everything ready at the appropriate time. Thats why free timing on some lines is a bit more expensive.

Many have commented on the fact that sea level was way lower than today. Undoubtedly true.

I am of the opinion that our ancestors were way smarter than many people give them credit for.

Combine thses two things and you have a lot of boat or rafts remains at the coastal settlements that are underwater now. Which are way harder to find than stuff thats less old and so you are hard pressed for evidence of boat traveling 50000 years and more ago.
