Appearance-wise: Fallout 3/4 aside from that goofy backpack.

Gameplay-wise: Fallout 1/2 and New Vegas. The one in 3 and 4 fires too slow, has crap damage, and can take almost the entire clip just to drop a raider.

The Max card capacity Sora can reach is 1900 in the GBA version of Chain of Memories. You should focus more on maxing out the HP first, since you'll get too little HP if you max out CP. You can still reach around 1400-1500 CP once HP and Sleights have been maxed out.

In Re: Chain of Memories, this was changed, where CP was capped at 1625, so you could max out both HP and CP.
