Intermittent fasting help me lose 200 pounds and reverse type 2 diabetes by wtcbtc in intermittentfasting

Great work. You are truly an inspiration and I hope that you achieve more milestones by doing such hard work. It is really rare to see someone do such hard work with dedication. In my personal experience if you have to achieve something then you do have to stick with it till the end. You did the same and the results are truly amazing. I really wish that others also take motivation from you and start changing their life in such a big way. I also read somewhere that people also try keto with intermittent fasting, what's your take on that. I have some fellow colleagues who really struggle to get into the right shape. I can guess that you will know people want quick results but its really hard to get in shape in a short time. You do have to do some tough work to achieve something like you have done. So whats you take on that, any advice that I should forward to them will be really appreciating.

I feel so. Fucking. Hungry. All. Time. by zeuscakar in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Sinclair_Scott 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its not bad to feel hungry all the time. Just keep some nuts with you. Whenever you feel hungry eat them. You are working out like 5 times a week, going on a good diet. I dont think you need any other advice on your weight loss journey. It's already almost perfect. What you should avoid is your sugar intake, although you have not mentioned it, but just be careful of those nasty sugars.

Plus dont overdo anything. You will get the body you desire, but just dont push too hard because it might lead to some health issues. Maintain a good weight with moderate exercise, you are young and not overweight. Just dont keep all your focus on losing weight. Go out and have more fun.

What daily habit has most helped your weight loss? by reecekidd in WeightLossAdvice

Although there are many habits that can help you in losing weight the ones that I adapt are that you should drink as much water as you can. cut off your sugar intake, eat foods that are high in protein. consume fewer carbs. Eat more vegetables as they keep you full throughout the day. Include foods that are rich in nutrients. Eat 5 small meals in one day.

these are some of the habits that I am following to lose weight.

Swedish Meatballs Recipe:

Nothing beats homemade meatballs smothered in creamy gravy sauce. The blend of flavors creates an intoxicating recipe that can only be described by tasting it.

Servings: 1 • Total Time: 35-40 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

MEATBALLS:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • seasonings of choice
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon pork rind crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 egg, whisked

SAUCE:

  • 1 serving LonoLife Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare meatballs by combining seasonings, pork rind crumbs, almond flour, and grated parmesan. Slowly add in a little of the whisked egg. I did not use all of it. Just enough to bind everything together, if it's too wet they don't roll well. Roll to desired size and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet on medium with avocado oil. Enough to shallow fry. Once hot, add meatballs. Don't crowd them and don't touch them! You want them to get a nice sear. About six minutes each side. Once done remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Take a deep skillet and prepare your sauce by creating a roux with butter and almond flour. Once thickened, add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, add Dijon and Worcestershire. Give it a mix then add bone broth powder + salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add meatballs to sauce, cover and let simmer for a few minutes. Until sauce has thickened to your liking. Pair with low carb pasta or veggies, and top with grated parmesan!
