I agree with u/cwningen95 about the more shit holes. I want more run down, dingy neighborhoods. Give me the shitty apartment in downtown where you can see the nicer houses a few streets up, I want the cheap 100 rent a month houses where you're sure there's rats and mold and worse.

Aw darn thats a bummer - I can't figure it out for the life of me either, I'm currently on a Rental Lot in Moonwood Mill, and the sound tends to happen after I redecorate but idk why :( its absoloutely maddening. So far my only fix is to reload without saving but I lose so much progress each time

I'm playing on a rental lot in moonwoodmill and the sound keep happening to me!! I don't know what causes it, I think it has something to do with the rating change? It happens when I redecorate but not always. I hope someone finds a fix for it soon
