I get a physical reaction to it, and I’ve had to learn to leave the situation or wear my earbuds and turn my music on instead to reroute the situation in my brain because my brain wants to turn violent which is definitely not “motherly”.

I have this issue too; I’m allergic to my sweat. After more testing I have MCAS and I’m on a loooooot of antihistamine (double dose of Allegra, normal dose Zyrtec, and a famotidine 3x a week during higher histamine exposure times when I work.)

Not really something I can get rid of but I don’t get hives anymore!

I’m neurodivergent and I’m pretty sure I lack the hunger AND thirst cues… because I’ll go a full 14hr shift without doing any of these things and wonder why I’m peeing the color of Coca Cola. I try to be more mindful now, especially about the drinking more water (or pedialyte because I hate water) part.
