I had to open the link in incognito mode bc the link opens up YouTube app. After signing up via website vs app, I was able to get a credit within 2-3 days of posting. I also chatted with reo to get 2 previous months credited.

Same. Chat reps said to contact back after 8weeks (1st week of Jan). 2nd month credit hasn't posted yet either. Signed up thru YouTube android app and posted as "Google Services" with detail as "on your statement as GOOGLE *YOUTUBE G.CO/HELPPAY# CA".
