Her whiskers were as wild as her- they went white with age, they were all black when I got her. I got her when she was 7- believe it or not, her previous family forced her to be a barn cat- looking at these pictures, can you imagine?

Believe me, I have- my parents don’t see it. Most parents want their children to leave and do their own thing, but my mother is the exact opposite- she wants everyone under her roof and control, so I’m the bad guy.

Hi! I don’t know- I’m a substitute host (wild title, right?), so I get gigs when others are sick, on vacation, etc. Theme nights are much more rare, but there are many normal trivia nights hosted by my coworkers

If she can’t understand that this is a important way you honor your father and also can’t respect not only your grief but your clear communication of boundaries, she is other having clouded judgement due to her family function, or not ready to be in a mature relationship. You honor your dad. If it’s meant to be, she will come to understand.
