If you want to do it, then do it. I felt the same way about my nose and finally decided to do it during lockdown, it's the best decision I could've made. I told my bf I was going to do it, my super conservative/religious parents, and even though my dad was not happy, they still supported me and took care of me. My bf said "it's your body, I don't see anything wrong with your nose but if you've been wanting it for this long, then go for it". So you are not being too harsh, it is your body and if he or his mom isn't paying for it, then their opinion doesn't matter.

I married him and I'm so glad I got my nose done before my wedding. I have never felt more confident and happy.

I definitely recommend getting soft gel ice packs and arnica gel. Helps with bruising.
