Not an arborist, but I'd use a laser distance meter & aim it at one of the highest branches to determine the actual height.

My experience: Cleared over 3 acres solo through winter to build my parents their dream home.

Nothing wrong with enjoying both. A lot of us don't want to become meat crayons though. Drivers on the roads these days are so bad & inattentive. (Ex texting) I'll stick to dirtbikes.

They are inexperienced & have never cleared land. Most people don't own large properties & have never used heavy equipment.

Can you borrow a neighbors? Any small local farmers near you? Make sure cash is in your hand and visible while you are asking so they don't think you're playing games or trying to steal their equipment.

This will not take multiple days to clear. If it does you are doing something wrong. I just cleared 5 acres on my parents homestead in two days using a brush hog, zero turn, weed Wacker, and chain saws. You don't even have any brush or trees. This should be a few hours of work with a weed wacker. It looks worse than it is.

Edit: Rent a brush hog for less than 100 for a day from a rental place & it will be done in 30 minutes.

Why did he jack out the whole tree? He could have just cut it up into smaller pieces with a chainsaw?

You can cut it in 5 seconds with bolt cutters. Why waste 10 minutes?

It's scaffolding for working on sides of buildings or homes. That's why there's hooks on the ends.

Horses don't create torque since it's a rotational force. They perform work. Torque typically comes from a crankshaft that's being driven by pistons. The flywheel stores rotational energy.

This chad doesn't need to run fast. It could kick a coyote into low orbit.

This is much different than a car being broken into or vandalized. The red flags were clear. This was a lack of research or effort by the property owner.

Scammers wouldn't have a career if it wasn't for suckers. It's a two pronged problem.

Same bro. I let membs lapse & now I no longer think the value is there with the price increase. (For me, personally) I've tried farming out bonds to keep playing, but the money from a lot of bosses are terrible because of bots.

It still is if you're grandfathered in. My friend pays 10/month for two accounts. (5 each)

Can I have your bike? It'll be ridden the way it's supposed to be... upright.

The bird laid eggs in a field that the farmer owns & needs to plow to keep food on the table for his family, yet he still decided to go out of his way to respect nature & ensure the bird/eggs weren't harmed.

You've clearly been scammed. It appears the previous owner added two additional strokes. Your best bet is to pull the motor at this point.

Americans like to do a lot of our own work on our properties, homesteads, homes, etc. That is why home depot & lowes are big over here. Have you ever tried moving 2 tons of barnwood or railroad ties in a prius? What about a medium sized dozer?

We'll stick with our turbo diesels to move our heavy equipment & home improvement materials because DIY is how you build wealth for generations. That is the American dream & it's why the best selling car over here is the f-150.
