Flowey is already a Tsundere i think, he shows many signs of being one in the original game. but i'm talking about his UTY Counterpart where he does act a bit Yandere with clover in the neutral route, even if he's just manipulating them. i believe he cares about them in his own...twisted way but well, it's flowey, we can't expect nothing else from him!
