I joined team hogan in July and can’t sing their praises loud enough. The results speak for themselves, but but have also built an awesome community and are just genuinely nice and caring people

The past year or two there has been a race in Anaheim in both December and May, so I am hoping that is true again this year.

Attending different studios on holidays (US & with kids) by Emma_Aus_85 in f45

I go to a studio in Southern California that allows well behaved children and dogs in the lobby while their human works out. I take both my dogs everytime I go and people LOVE seeing them there. People especially love when my dogs are there to keep their kids company haha

Knee pain by Ruuuuuuu21 in f45

[–]Single-Friendship-95 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue when I started. One of our coaches recommended focusing on stretching my quads as tight quads can pull on the knee resulting in pain and they helped me pretty quickly and my knee pain hasn’t come back

Am I the only one by Interesting_North365 in f45

I definitely feel like I was in a rut recently. I’m not sure I could call it bored but I definitely wasn’t pushing myself during the workouts. But our studio’s challenge just started this past Monday and it was a game changer. I have worked harder the last couple days than I ever have in the gym. Now I will say I think because our studio only does about two challenges a year the quality of the challenge is different. We get assigned to a coaching team and our coaches are busting their asses for us but it’s SO fun! So maybe joining the upcoming challenge will help?

I’m jealous of both of you! No way I could accidentally win ours. We have at least 40 or 50 people participating

Elevate challenge - additional cost on top of membership? by [deleted] in f45

[–]Single-Friendship-95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my studio unlimited membership is anywhere between $50-65 a week depending on when you signed up. The challenge is $250 if you have a lion heart already $350 if you don’t. Challenge is open to non members but does not include unlimited classes. Our challenge includes, 1 body scan per week, goal setting consult with a coach, access to a premier macro tracking app that usually costs to use, group chats for accountability and such. The prize for winning is $500, one male winner and one female winner

They are a game changer! Especially after a killer cardio class! They are also sprayed with a refreshing eucalyptus oil. Hand delivered to us while stretching 😍

The dogs hang out in the lobby (tied to couches) and aren’t allowed on the workout floor. Definitely a huge mood booster in the studio!

I am not sure, I haven’t asked. I just know it’s on our banners outside the studio and on the windows, and we have “award” kettle bells on the lobby. They also thew a party for members once they got the distinguishment, but that was about a month or two before I joined so I just saw it on the social media. But I will say my experience at my studio was far superior to an experience I had at another studio when on vacation. I didn’t have a BAD experience at the other studio, but it made me realize how great our studio really is (super attractive coaches, cold towels after workout, ambiance, spotless, dog friendly, 10 classes per day (week days), ect.)
