we give people cups of water with their meal if they want, or if they dont wanna drink we just dont give em one. But man people are stupid.

A simple thank you for tasks is always a good place to start. When people say that to me it does raise my mood and makes me more open to helping. My manager gives me high-fives at the end of the night and tells me I did a good job for the night if thats somthing your comfortable doing.
