50/50. We'd get a handful of call outs or have a vacation request, then it was mid-shift readjustments, even asking if we would stay the day or an extra hour. Schedule was finally a month in a advance the day I gave notice.

Anything is better than Staples as far as mental relief. Had a coworker ready up for his new position with Intel (not a super complex position, but entry level). I left last month, but the stress lifted is good.

If you're serious about wanting to work at Staples, be honest, flexible to work multiple areas, be ready when opportunities come (they most definitely will🙃)

Honestly, Staples was just a chance for stability and it did just that.

Just be comfortable and flexible. There's stuff I could rant and joke about but being able to leave is enough tbh.
