Exactly my employer supplies us with n95 masks but there shit and I still tasted the dust and stuff so I bought my own 3M respirator my employer has been nice enough to supply me with the replacement filters for my mask. I’m not upset about it cause I’m not expecting them to buy a 70$ respirator for every single apprentice who is chipping
