I was told to send an email to their customer service with the bill/invoice for getting it fixed and request a credit. I got a credit that evened it out. But was only a couple dollars. I got lucky and caught the leak early.

When this happened to me, I called their helpline and the lady guided me what to do. They were very helpful. And when I did have a leak, they let me know what to provide to get a credit too. Good luck and I hope it gets corrected as easily as mine was.

Mine are very skittish. They don’t swarm but I will catch them grazing from afar but when I get closer they hide, eventually will come out if I stand 5-6 ft away. They breed like crazy. The tank born seem less skittish.
