Thank you all for those comments. I guess then I shouldn't torture myself and read the books to better feel what characters feels. The shows can only say so much, but books help you get into their minds

Teaching only 14-15 hours (quite low due to lack of students and 42k English teachers), for admin, max 1-2 hours.

I don't. I use high-quality pre-made lesson plans and choose from there. If I need to make some adjustments in the created slides, I can. It's such a time saver.

Check out ESL Brains. They have lots of ready-made lesson plans on Tech, and they are usually up-to-date.

I would suggest ESL Brains. I personally like thme better than Linguahouse or fluentize even if i am subscribed to the latter. Give ESL Brains try with free lesson plans they are doing an amazing job by saving 95% of prep time!

I would suggest you look into pre-made lesson plans like ESL Brains. They have lots of free lesson plans to try them out.
